Refund Policy

For added piece of mind we offer a full no questions asked refund valid for 7 working days after your purchase.
To be eligible all products must be unused and still in the original unopened, undamaged packaging. Please send all returns via recorded delivery to guarantee save delivery to our depot.

Once returned we will inspect the items and a full refund should be with you before 7 working days. We will keep you informed via email of the staff of your refund request. If your refund has not arrived on the 7th working day please first contact your back to check any hold ups, often banks take some time before officially crediting the refund to your account.
