Refund Policy

For added piece of mind we offer a full, no questions asked refund valid for 7 working days after your purchase (excluding all postage costs).

To be eligible all products must be unused and still in the original unopened, undamaged packaging. Please contact us using our live chat to request a refund and we will send you further details for you to return your order. We advise that you send these via recorded delivery to guarantee safe delivery to our depot.

Once returned we will inspect the items and a full refund should be with you before 7 working days. We will keep you informed via email of the status of your refund request. If your refund has not arrived on the 7th working day please first contact your bank to check for any hold ups (as often banks take some time before officially crediting the refund to your account).
